The Process GearMix 102

The 2KM PGM systems are manufactured at the UK facility, in Bromsgrove. The latest version has been produced to process low viscosity materials from 24 litre gravity vessels mounted on the rear of the machine.

The PGM 102 utilises precision gear pumps to apportion the materials and two like sized pumps give a ratio range from 5:1 through 1:1 to 1:5 utilising a ratio invert system developed by 2KM UK.

The system uses a mixer head at the end of a 5 metre hose package making it easy to operate and simple to use. The machine can easily be upgraded to use rotary static mixing to suit the materials being processed.
