PGM Laminat Overview

The Process Gear Mix Laminate is formatted to apply highly viscous polyurethane based adhesives and tandem with a high speed lamination line.
The materials to be processed are conditioned on the machine to ensure the material viscosity and ratio are controlled and maintained at all times.
Due to the nature of the catalysts used the system is equipped with a magnetic coupling on the B component vastly reducing the maintenance on the system.
The unit is equipped with pressure vessels, heating and other process conditioning system to ensure high volume adhesive application can be achieved.
